Man: Oh, Mr. Okada started this week, so he probably isn’t listed yet. He sits next to me, so I can come down and sign for it.
Woman: That would be great. The box is quite heavy, though. Would you like me to send it up on a cart?
Man: Yes, please. I’ll meet you at the elevator on the fourth floor in about five minutes.

Woman: Good morning, everyone, and welcome to day two of the Greenfield Marketing Conference. Before we begin, a quick change to the schedule: this morning’s keynote speaker, Dr. Lee, has been delayed by bad weather, so her talk will move to two o’clock this afternoon. In its place, we’ll start with the panel discussion on social media trends. Also, lunch today will be served on the rooftop terrace instead of the main hall. Thank you, and enjoy the sessions.
